Appointments & Cancellations
We offer flexible hours accommodating early and late appointments. We ask our Guest to arrive a minimum of 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you arive late, your service time may be shortened to allow our professionals to be on time for their next appointment.
All Spa reservations are required to be secured with a major credit card or gift certificate. Reservations cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% cancellation fee.
